Natural stones, pearls, shells and other natural materials may vary in colour, pattern, shape, texture and inclusions. These variations are part of their natural character and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Please review the product description, measurements, materials and photographs carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, email us at ademain2023@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Exchanges and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you about the outcome. Depending on the issue and product availability, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.
