How do I choose a stretch bracelet size based on my wrist measurement?
The sizes listed on our stretch bracelet product pages refer to the finished bracelet length, not your wrist measurement. Measure your wrist and use these recommendations as a starting point:
- 13–15 cm wrist: 6.5 in bracelet
- 15–16 cm wrist: 7 in bracelet
- 16–17 cm wrist: 7.5 in bracelet
- 17–19 cm wrist: 8 in bracelet

Is the bracelet size on the product page my wrist size or the finished bracelet length?
It is the finished bracelet length. Your wrist measurement and bracelet length are different measurements, so please use our Bracelet Size Guide rather than selecting a bracelet length that simply matches your wrist measurement.
What bracelet size should I choose if my wrist measurement falls between the recommended sizes?
If your wrist measurement falls between two measurements in our guide, choose the next size up.
What is the difference between bead size and bracelet length?
Bead size describes the diameter of the beads, usually in millimetres, such as 8 mm or 10 mm. Bracelet length describes the finished length of the bracelet, such as 7 in or 7.5 in. Please check both options on the product page before ordering.
How can I choose a bracelet size when buying it as a gift?
If possible, find out the recipient's wrist measurement and use our Bracelet Size Guide. If you do not know their measurement, consider 6.5 in for someone with a very petite build and noticeably slender wrists, 7 in for someone with a relatively slender build and smaller wrists, 7.5 in as our general starting recommendation for most gift recipients, or 8 in for someone with a larger frame and broader wrists. These are approximate suggestions, not a guarantee of fit. Build alone does not determine wrist size, so a wrist measurement is a more reliable guide.
How long does it take to prepare my made-to-order stretch bracelet before shipping?
Our natural stone stretch bracelets are assembled to your selected bracelet length. Please allow up to 7 business days before dispatch. Custom-made 6.5 in and 8 in sizes require an additional 7 business days of preparation. Please check the individual product page for the preparation details that apply to your selection.
Does the bracelet preparation time include shipping and delivery?
No. Preparation time is the time needed before your order is dispatched. Shipping and delivery take place after dispatch, so please account for both preparation and transit time when planning your purchase.
Will the natural stone bracelet I receive look exactly like the product photos?
Natural stones may vary in colour, pattern, and transparency between batches. The piece you receive may differ slightly from the product photos. Please make sure you understand and accept these natural variations before purchasing.
How can I tell whether a design uses natural stone, synthetic stone, glass, or faux pearls?
Please read the materials listed in the individual product description. Materials vary by design, and the description is the best place to check which stones, pearls, or other components are used. If anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.
Are your earrings suitable for someone with a known metal sensitivity?
Sensitivity varies from person to person, and no jewelry is guaranteed to be allergy-free. Please review the product description for the base metal, plating, and earring post material, especially if you have known metal sensitivities. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about a listed material.
Does a sterling silver earring post mean the entire earring is sterling silver?
No. The post material describes the part that passes through your ear, not necessarily the entire design. Please check the product description separately for the earring's base metal, plating, decorative components, and post material.
Can I wear my gold-plated jewelry in the shower or while swimming?

How do I put on my stretch bracelet, and what should I do if the cord becomes loose?
Gently roll the bracelet over your hand rather than pulling or overstretching the cord. Check the cord regularly. If it becomes loose, stretched, frayed, or damaged, stop wearing the bracelet and have it restrung before wearing it again.
Are these earrings sold as a pair, and is the listed weight for one earring or both?
Please check the individual product description. Where a listing states “sold in pairs,” your order includes one pair of earrings. A weight labelled “per pair” refers to both earrings together. If the listing does not specify how the weight is measured, please contact us for clarification.
Can I request a particular logo bead finish for my natural stone bracelet?
